So you're ready to get into Tech and thinking about being in the department of Talent Acquisition or Human Resources. If so then this is a quick guide of where to get the training you so desperately do not need but most like want so you can get in. You do not need to take any of these courses or classes to become a recruiter or Sourcer. Our founder learned on the job and many are self-taught from long ago. But, it does help to have some kind of certification to show that you are serious.

It used to be one class but sourcing has become so popular, they have divided it into more classes (to make more money)
